Each generation becomes less religiously observant. Young people today have other interests then appeasing a christian belief, after all most who are christian are so through family tradition only. Individuals today make their own personal choices in life of what they want to believe, and have abandoned the old family traditon of being what your parents wanted you to become…….just like them and handed down throughout the generations. Secularism and knowledge of science embraces everyone as equals. Organized religion segregates themselves from those that don't believe. THATS WRONG the same as racism is embeded in certain cultures.

There was Christianity in England LONG before the state churches of Rome of the C of E and there will be Christianity here whether or not they and their buildings remain.
